SLA ranked joint 1st in the world for Quality of Land Administration Index by World Bank.

Singapore Quality Class (SQC) Star with Service and Innovation
The certification for the quality excellence standard for organisations.

S-Class is national recognition for organisations that have management systems and processes in place to achieve excellence.

The certification for the Innovation Excellence Niche Standard for organisations. SLA is committed to building and sustaining continuous innovation excellence to enhance SLA's capabilities and capacities to achieve its mission and vision.
Pro-Enterprise Panel Award
This Award is based on the results of the Pro-Enterprise Ranking (PER) Survey, which measures businesses’ perception of the pro-enterprise orientation of government regulatory agencies.
ISO 9001 Certification
This is a certification for organisations which meet their customers’ requirements for their product/service while fulfilling regulatory requirements.
Community Chest Award
This award recognises individuals, companies and organisations who have gone beyond their personal and business interests, to invest generously in the social service sector.
TRUSTSG accreditation
For companies who demonstrate their commitment to fair trading and transparency to consumers.
Singapore Qualification Programme Accredited Training Organisation
For organisations accredited by the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC) to provide the training and development opportunities for Singapore QP Candidates to hone their competences and gain valuable practical experience in a professional environment.
Eco-Office Label
This label is awarded to offices in Singapore which have incorporated environmental practices into the daily lives of office workers.
